Took my Dodge SUV in for a window regulator repair, vehicle inspection, and oil change. Received the vehicle report via link and was done with extreme thoroughness. These guys are great. They tell you exactly what’s wrong, how they are going to fix it, and an honest estimate of the costs. The will send you a text showing photos of the problem and a follow up text after you’re done making sure everything went well. If you’re old-school and want a phone call instead they will do that too. Their online scheduling works great, and the ladies that check you in are always nice and efficient. I take all my vehicles here. 10/12/2020 - Edit A previous review regarding masks was addressed and the last time I was in everyone was masked up and social distancing protocols were upheld. Owner actually reached out to make sure everything was in top shape.

I had an old vehicle that was having starting problems. I took it to several other places around Reno. Each place replaced something and sent me off without fully fixing the problem. Southgate did an extensive diagnostic on my vehicle and showed me every possible problem it has big or small with photos and video. It was extremely helpful in making the decision whether to keep my vehicle or not. It’s service I’ve been searching for in Reno for years. I am very grateful for Southgate and will definitely return!
