Cannot get over how awesome the service was here!!! I have FOUR kids under 5, so I’m usually pretty nervous about what kind of experience I’ll have when getting car maintenance done. But they had activity books and put on a show for my kids while we waited. Seamus at the front desk explained everything going on with my car and all of the next steps while holding one of my children who was getting a little squirrelly. Haha I also felt like everyone was very transparent about what my car ACTUALLY needed. I wasn’t being sold anything I didn’t need. They helped me prioritize the next steps and when I should take them.The mechanics were friendly and professional. Highly recommend 10/10

I had an AC pulley bearing going out on my 2013 Subaru (sounded like a coffee grinder). My regular mechanic couldn’t work me in for 4 days. The Southgate Automotive team was willing to take on the job on short notice and the repair was completed by first thing the next morning.
