WOW! This shop is honest! I brought my diesel truck in due to some codes coming on the dashboard. I have been burned by the local dealership so I wanted to find a trustworthy place - this is it! They told me in advance they may not be able to help and told me their diagnostic fee - which I agreed to because I wanted advice. They could not fix the problem and referred me out and provided me a print out of items for what the codes ment (which is not in the operating manual) - they did not charge me a penny! They are honest and told me up front they may not be able to help but I brought it in anyway and was happy to pay their diagnostic fee, but they did not charge me. I would not hesitate to go here! They are in it for the long game for customers - not short term - plus - their technology is great - texts and updates about appt time and status - well done! - thank you for being honest and caring!

Southgate has always done a great job with my vehicle, but I was a bit disappointed this time. They said I needed a new battery. I had not had any problems with the battery recently. I took my truck to 2 other shops and had a battery test done. They both said my battery was fine and didn’t need replacement at this time. I also had the wiper blades replaced. $48 - really for 2 snap on wiper blades. I’ll do that myself next time.

Squeezed us in when our vehicle broke down while on vacation! Fair, honest, and found a way to repair the old parts that weren't available anymore. I appreciate their effort & honest communication!
